Taginetastic
Photo-Adam on Anchors
Last night Dan cooked an amazing vegetable Tagine over hot coals. It had lots of different veggies and local spices and was excellent. We sat around the open fire on the terrace of our apartment. The others cooked a fish Tagine, which was much loved by the local cats when pieces of it were thrown over the balcony to the wildlife below. This morning the terrace was cat central as they all licked their paws (and our terrace) clean of any fish remains. Better than a Dyson!
Today was much the same as yesterday, in that it involved surfing, eating and sunbathing, roughly in that order in rotation all day! It was a chilly start but another beautiful sunrise. As soon as the sun was up we got in the water for some waves on the back of Anchors beach break. It was 2-3 foot. We had some fun waves. Everybody enjoyed Dan’s porridge, which was the best so far. You wouldn’t think you can do different qualities of porridge, after all its just oats, water, milk (and a pinch of salt but don’t tell anyone Dan’s secret recipe!), but when 10 people are eating porridge every day they grade it on taste and consistency! Very amusing. Today’s was 5 star.
Later this morning people went out for some head high waves on Anchors, which were peeling perfectly down the point. Shame only the good shortboarders got most of them!

Adam nipper!!! Love you brother, looks like your lovin it. Merry Christmas!!!
