The sad demise of Mr Cruz

mr-cruz-is-no-more

We had a two minute silence today for the late, great, Mr Santa Cruz. He met his sad end on Panoramas Beach break. It was literally a beach break.

I will miss Mr Cruz, his glidey speed, and cool minimalist looks. He was a good faithful board. I won’t find one like him in a while. I’ll try not to choose  a new board on the rebound, and leave a dignified gap before taking up a new one.

Wherever you are tonight, light a candle for Mr Cruz.

  1. Oh no, the dear departed mr cruz, we also have had a 2 minutes silence for him, he will be sorely missed. My advice would be not to dwell on him for too long and get yourself another one to love! It will be hard but worth it!

Sitting here after another grey day pining for the waves and the sun. Hope you are loving it there, speak to you soon.
P.s crashed my car last week, it was a write off. That’s what happens when you try to park in the back of a 4 by 4!

Luckily i’m ok just a little shaken!

    xx

  2. Paula,

Oh no! So sorry to hear about your car crash! Glad you are ok, that’s the main thing! He he that 4×4 must have got it! It shouldn’t have been in the way!
You’ll be feeling better to hear it rained yesterday, a lot. Mind you it was hot today the sun was burning!
Take care and hope to see you when you get back xxx
