We’ve seen the FlowRider, now check out the next level in man-made surfing! Wavegarden is the very latest innovation in wave-creation technology. Last year top surfers tried out this wave at a prototype wave machine in the Basque Country, northern Spain. The machine has been secretly developed, and the company are working on a improved machine to deliver larger waves to be ready for this summer. It works by pushing water over a surface that creates a moving wave with a tube, just like a reef break. Check out the video of the O’Neill team surfing this wave here.
